Meet the founder

Hi, I'm Kat!

Founder of Glow Up Australia and Boss Born Academy. I started doing brows from my bedroom in 2018 and now train artists across Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast. Every product here is one I use on my own clients — that's the only way it makes the shelf.

Questions, answered

When will my order ship?

Order before 2pm on a business day (Monday to Friday) and it ships the same day from Sydney. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on orders over $150.

I just finished my course. What do I need?

Start with our Lash Extension Training Kit, a practice head and a pair of Pink Collection tweezers. If you're not sure, send us a message on Instagram and we'll help you choose.

Are these products only for professionals?

Most of our range is professional-grade and made for trained lash and brow artists. Aftercare, strip lashes and Brow Grip are perfect for anyone.

Can I return something?

For hygiene reasons we can't accept change-of-mind returns. If anything arrives faulty or damaged, email admin@glowupaustralia.com.au with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.

Do you train artists?

Yes — through our sister brand Boss Born Academy, online and in person in Sydney, Melbourne and the Gold Coast.
