Change of Mind

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with defective packaging, we’re here to help.

You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the fault or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

Return Conditions

Approved returns must:

  • Be unused and in original packaging

  • Be returned within the timeframe provided by our team

  • Be securely packaged to avoid further damage

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed faulty
