Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with defective packaging, we’re here to help.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing

A clear photo or video of the fault or damage
A brief description of the issue
Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used products
Items damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Return Conditions
Approved returns must:
Be unused and in original packaging
Be returned within the timeframe provided by our team
Be securely packaged to avoid further damage
