Depending on your treatment, you will receive a message prior to your appointment with any necessary steps you need to follow in order to prepare for the best treatment results possible.

Teeth will maintain up to 2-3months, regular 4-6 top up treatment is highly recommended. Re-staining depends on diet and lifestyle. Smoking, coffee, tea, fruit juices, sodas and all staining foods and beverages will eventually re-stain the surface of the teeth.  

1st and 2nd week are when they at their darkest. 3rd and 4th week they will start to fade by 40%-50% into a natural colour (depending what shade you are).

What to expect post tattoo (7 days)

Redness and swelling is normal. Avoid the sun, water, make up, touching or itching. After cream must be worn every day for 7 days to keep the area moisturised.

Please expect flakiness and peeling.

With correct application by the technician and at home client care lashes can last up to 4 weeks. However, we recommend clients to come every 2-3weeks to keep the lash line maintained and lashes to be filled.

Do not wear mascara. There is no need to wear it as the lash extensions alone work as an beauty enhancement. Clients can wear mascara on bottom lashes, making sure it is oil free as any oil based products can break down the bonding of the adhesive and should never be used when having eyelash extensions. 

No! Applying strip lashes on to your eyelash extensions will ruin your extensions.

Yes! Just wait 24 hours after your appointment so that the adhesive can completely cure. However, its best advised to stay away from water as the adhesive weakens. You can also purchase lash shields from us to protect your lashes when showering!

One individual lash extension is placed on one natural lash to create a more natural everyday mascara look.

Multiple lash extensions (3-6) are applied on one natural lash to create a more dramatic look.

Hybrid typically uses 30% classic lashes and 70% volume lashes (variable ratio).

Once the order has been placed

You will only be able to pick up your order from our Bankstown location once we send you a confirmation text that it is ready!

Glow Up Australia only offers refunds if:
- Product is faulty and proven so
- Damage upon delivery
- Incorrect item received

To be eligible for a refund the product must be unused, sealed and in same original packaging.

Strip Lashes and Eyelash Extensions can not be refunded due to hygiene purposes.

We do not refund due to change of mind or accidentally purchased

If your parcel has gone missing after delivery this is not in our scope of responsibility. You will have to contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
