Terms and Conditions
for Lash and Brow Education / Training
1. Payment Policy
• Full payment is required upon booking to secure your spot in any course.
• All payments are non-refundable, except in cases where Glow Up Australia is unable to deliver the service.
2. Rescheduling and Cancellations
• In-Person Classes: Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days before the course date. Requests made after this timeframe may result in forfeiture of payment.
• Online Courses: Once access is granted, payments are final, and refunds are not provided.
3. Course Access
• Online courses include lifetime access unless otherwise specified. Sharing login details or course materials is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination without refund.
4. Non-Completion Policy
• It is the student’s responsibility to attend and complete the course. No refunds or extensions will be provided for failure to participate or complete the course.
5. Intellectual Property
• All course materials, including videos, documents, and guides, are copyrighted and for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or sharing in any form is prohibited.
6. Dispute Resolution for Digital Products, Online Education, and In-Person Training
• Digital Products and Online Education:
• Claims regarding access issues or product quality must be reported within 7 days of purchase. After this period, no claims will be considered.
• Chargebacks or disputes filed with financial institutions will be reviewed, and evidence of course delivery or access granted will be provided. Frivolous claims will result in forfeiture of course access.
• In-Person Training:
• Any concerns about training quality or materials must be raised during the training session. Claims made after the training date will not be considered.
7. Agreement to Terms
• Enrollment in any course constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
